Itinerary

Day 1: Dublin to Galway

Travel by train to Galway, on the departure of your choice from Heuston Station, Dublin. In Galway, you will make the short walk to
your 3 star hotel in the centre of the city.

(Note: transfers to and from the Rail Stations are not included).

Day 2: Day Tour to Inis Mór (main Aran Island)

Luxury coach departs from outside the Island Ferries office in Merchants road
(roughly a five minute walk from the Forster Court Hotel).
Travel along the scenic route along Salthill and out through Barna, Spiddal and onto Rossaveal and enjoy some of the best scenery
Connemara has to offer.

Board a ferry at Rossaveal to Inis Mór.

Arriving at Kilrónan pier in Inis Mór and just a short stroll up from the pier to a waiting mini bus for the next stage of your day in the Aran Islands!
Your tour of of Inis Mór, the largest of the three Aran Islands, includes stop-offs at The Seven Churches & the infamous Dun Aengus.
(Entry to Dun Aengus included).
Arriving back at Kilrónan Village where you will be free for the afternoon to do some personal exploring, maybe visit some of the Island
craft shops, the Ionaid Árann heritage centre or watch the ‘Man of Aran’ film.

Return by ferry and coach to Galway city.

(Please note, from June – September, guests have an option of taking a 4pm return sailing
subject to availability, please request when booking)

Day 3: Galway to Dublin

Travel by train to Heuston Station, Dublin on the departure of your choice from Galway

(transfers to and from the Rail Stations are not included).

  • Full day tour to Inis Mor, including returncoch transfer to Rossaveal, return Ferry crossing to Inis Mor, mini-bus tour of Inis Mor and admission to Dun Aengus.

Tours do not operate between 21 december 2008 and 1 january 2009
