My niece and I joined this tour on February 4 and enjoyed it. The weather wasn't perfect when we arrived at the Cliffs, but we had an hour there and after about 20 minutes the fog lifted and we had a clear view. I expect it is spectacular in summer or sunshine. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable (Marie) and the scenery all day was amazing. We enjoyed Bunratty Castle and the folk park as well as the Burren and the stop for lunch in Doolin at O'Connor's (I recommend the salmon). The pub meals were delicious and super ample. All in all, a very nice day. 2012-02-09 Linda A H , Great trip but long day. Tour guide was great and everything ran very smoothly. 2011-11-16 Timothy M , This tour was excellent and I highly recommend it! The tour guide was excellent and the countryside was beautiful...the castle tour was very authentic and the little village was great shopping. The pub stop for lunch had AMAZING Irish Stew, and there is a delicious sweets shop nearby. Our great heartbreak was the weather, and upon arriving at the cliffs the fog was so dense that we were unable to see anything :( Of course, that can't be controlled...I would highly recommend this tour, and wish you better luck with the weather than we had....:) 2011-10-14 Sacha S , Another great tour. The tour guide was fantastic. 5 stars to him. An amazing country. Would recommend it to all. 2011-10-14 LILIANA M A , We had a great day! The weather was good. The train ride through the countryside was very nice. And, we saw so much in one day on the bus trip. Our tour guide was wonderful. It was a very enjoyable day. We had worried that a 14-hour day would be exhausting, but we relaxed on the train and we napped a while on the bus, so, we weren't as tired at the end of the tour as we thought we would be. It was well worth the cost and gave us an opportunity to see other parts of Ireland, outside of Dublin where we were staying for the week we were there. As with all of the Viator trips we have taken, the tour left right on time and returned exactly when it was scheduled to end. We always feel that we are in good hands when we take a Viator trip. 2011-10-02 Patricia C , USA Time well spent on seeing some of the most beautiful part of Ireland. Guide had a tremendous amount of information to share about the history and the area. 2011-10-01 Carole G , This was a full but amazing day. The cliffs are absolutely stunning, it was well worth the trip over to the West coast to see this scenery. 2011-09-09 Deanna L , My wife and I were fortunate to choose the all day trip with Viator that went from Dublin to the west coast of Ireland. The views were spectacular with some, like the cliffs of Moher and Burren, that are unique to Ireland. Fellow travelers were from many different countries and were pleasant to spend the entire day with. Even the children did well. Our tour guide, Dave, was very knowledgeable and was important in making the trip a success because he kept everything moving and on schedule. Dave has a wonderful sense of Irish humor that he shared at several points on the trip. Thanks for a day well spent.
B and B 2011-09-07 William C , This was an excellent tour. Well planned and well executed. The guide was informative and helpful without being pushy. He did a very nice job herding a large group. Enjoyed everything - the castle, burren, lunch at the pub, cliffs of moher, and the train ride. Thank you! a 5 star rating. 2011-08-18 elizabeth s , It was a great trip and everything went smoothly as possible. If you have limited time in Ireland and want to see a lot in one day this is a great way to do it! 2011-08-18 Matthew P ,
