quickly.
What is the difference between an
Electronic Voucher and a Physical Pass - Ticket?
Certain products on our site are available as
Electronic Vouchers. These Vouchers can be printed from the comfort of
your own home and are redeemable for the actual Passes or Tickets, once in
the city that you are using the service for. All tours, hotels, transfers, and shows are operated by third party IN-COUNTRY EXCURSIONISTS that we have selected and have been working with,
some for over 30 years. All Excursions, sightseeing, Tours booked via our web sites and affiliate web sites will always generate a confirmation email and in most cases, the printing of a confirmation voucher to be redeemed in person at the
location mentioned on the Voucher under the heading "Important
Information", or in the "Confirmation Details".

Why should I choose an Electronic
Voucher versus a Physical Pass - Ticket?
Vouchers are very convenient for several reasons:
-
Last minute orders: You may not have the time to
receive the actual passes via mail. Printing your own voucher and
redeeming it once over in the city you are traveling to is the perfect
solution.
-
Saves on costly shipping: You do not get charged for
shipping when you select Vouchers, as you actually print the Voucher on
your home or office printer.
-
Vouchers can be re-printed if lost or stolen. Physical Passes or
tickets are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Remember: It is essential that you travel with a printout of your
voucher, which is unique to your booking and is your proof of purchase. The
voucher must be presented together with valid photo ID upon commencement of
your selected tour, and you may not be permitted to join the tour without
the voucher. There may also be separate instructions on your voucher, under
the Important Information field, which you will need to read in advance of
your tour. Passes & Redeemable Vouchers for Passes are non-refundable
– non exchangeable. Passes, Vouchers and products are not replaceable if
lost or stolen.

Are Children FREE in Museums in Paris, London
and Italy?
Children under 18 are free at
National sites and at some other museums BUT Without a MUSEUM PASS, you will
have to stand on the very long lines in order to account for the children.
Some sites may require admission for children under 18, but usually you
don't have to wait in line with pass holders present. There is no
guarantee however and EUROQUEST suggests purchasing a regular pass for
children simply to gain precious time at each Museum or Monument.
Mondays and Tuesdays are the most common days
that a museum may be closed. In your museum pass is a complete list of all
the sites with each site's open hours, telephone number, and nearest metro stop.
This will allow you to plan in advance where to visit and when in order to see
the most.
